Does iSaleGuru hold the money or guarantee a deal?
No. iSaleGuru is where buyers and sellers find each other, check proof and agree a price. It does not hold payments and cannot guarantee any deal, refund money or recover a business. Pay through an escrow service or bank that you both trust, and never before you have seen proof.
What does iSaleGuru charge?
Listing, bidding, offers and chat are free, and there is no commission on a sale. Locking a listing costs $10 once. The optional Pro badge costs $20 once. iSaleGuru may introduce its own escrow and a commission later; you will be told before that happens.
How do I stay safe when I pay?
Open the proof on the listing. Ask the seller to show the dashboards live on a call. Check that the seller controls the website. Use a trusted escrow service, not a direct transfer, wallet or crypto payment to a stranger. If a seller pushes you to pay quickly, walk away.
What can iSaleGuru support help with?
Technical problems with the site: logging in, listings, messages and your account. Support cannot settle a payment, chase a refund or judge files exchanged between a buyer and a seller. You can still report a member who misled you so the account can be reviewed.
How do I get the blue Verified tick?
Verify your email address on the Account page. Adding your phone number and country also shows on your profile. The tick means the email was confirmed. It is not an identity check.
Can I cancel a deal?
Yes. Either side can cancel from the deal page at any time before the buyer confirms the business was received.
How does an auction work?
The seller sets a starting bid, a reserve price and a length of 3 to 30 days. The seller approves bidders before they can bid. Bids are binding. A new highest bid in the last hour moves the end to one hour after that bid.
How do I know a listing’s numbers are real?
Sellers add screenshots and a link to a screen recording of their analytics, earnings and Search Console. Logged-in members can open them on the listing page, and iSaleGuru staff mark the figures they were able to confirm. Always ask for more proof in chat before you pay anyone.
Why is my listing waiting for approval?
Every new or edited listing is checked by iSaleGuru before buyers can see it.
What is a confidential listing?
A listing that hides the business name, website and description and shows only a blurred picture. Buyers see the category, a one-line summary and the numbers until they accept a confidentiality agreement. It costs $10 once per listing.
What is the jobs board?
Businesses post work such as SEO, WordPress, YouTube editing and content writing, and members apply. Every job is checked before it goes live. iSaleGuru does not vet applicants or employers and does not take part in payment for the work.
What is the Pro badge?
A badge that shows on your profile, listings, jobs and applications. It costs $20 once and supports the site. It is not a check of your identity or your work.
